To remove the student from their usual classroom setting and put in direct contact with different situations is an ever present desire of professionals from different areas of education.

These rare opportunities are always valued because we know much of their power really comes from bringing to life the formal content of the classroom and above all, taking the student beyond what we teach.

To ensure the construction of knowledge and understanding the entire process of contextualization is well prepared and structured, guiding the student to each step.

The School of the Amazon believes therefore that practice leads to perfection.

Therefore, our team has developed a series of didactic activities mainly aimed at primary and secondary school children from Brazil and abroad.

The main objective of these activities is to put the student in touch with the social and environmental complexity of the Amazon and of course for them to know the wonders of the world's largest tropical forest.

The activities of the School of the Amazon are carried out in Alta Floresta – northern Mato Grosso -, a city easily accessed by air and road.

Furthermore, we have a partnership with two of the best hotels in the Amazon region, ensuring the comfort and security which is vital to the smooth development of all stages of the process.
